If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site.

Can I just pick up the order myself?
No. At this time, we do not have a pick-up facility and our warehouse is not equipped to handle walk-in customers.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change within 24 hours.

Ordered the Wrong Products?
If you have ordered the wrong product, You can also call or email our Customer Service Team to set up the return for you. The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. The RAF form must be included in the box. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange. There will be no restocking fee if you exchange the item by placing a new order within 5 days.

Only uninstalled products in brand new, original condition may be returned
Double-check that your return contains all the parts and pieces originally included. All instruction manuals, retail packaging and small parts must be included.
* Filters can not be returned if removed from plastic.
* Products that show any signs of installation are not eligible for return.
Package your products to prevent damage during shipping. If a product is damaged in transit, you the shipper, are responsible for filing a damage claim.
Insure your shipment and obtain proof of delivery. If return products are lost or damaged when shipped back to us, you, the shipper, are responsible for filing a claim with your carrier. We strongly recommend shipping return items with a carrier that offers insurance, shipment tracking and proof of delivery.

Equipment Delivery
Deliveries are made by our company trucks/vans. We only deliver to your curbside, Boilers and Furnaces are heavy (furnaces average 100-150 lbs and boilers average 120-600 lbs) It is the customers responsibility to transport the equipment from the curbside.
